Meet Your Providers

DANIEL BLACK, FNP-C

Dan was born in West Texas, raised in Central Texas, and married his wife among the tall pines of East Texas. He has years of experience in medically managed weight loss and hormone therapy, using proven, evidence-based treatments to help patients reach their health goals — and he works with each of them directly, from the first visit through every follow-up.
Board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), Dan focuses on GLP-1 weight loss, testosterone replacement, enclomiphene, and bioidentical hormone therapy.
Away from the clinic, Dan has three daughters, smokes a serious pork butt, and is always mid-way through a monumental remodeling or landscaping project. He loves climbing, bouldering, carpentry, crushing Peloton workouts, and training for an Ironman 70.3.

TRAVIS SQUYRES, FNP-C

Travis is a Tyler, Texas native. He brings years of experience in orthopedic and interventional pain medicine along with a background in treating endocrine disorders, and he's known for thinking outside the box to help patients reach their goals.
Board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), Travis focuses on testosterone replacement, hormone optimization, and medically managed weight loss.
Outside the clinic, Travis has three teenage daughters and an unbelievably gracious wife, and spends his free time doing yoga, boating, camping, and tackling never-ending renovation projects.
